Speech Day guest speaker — Old Boy Stephen Moore. The 2023 Speech Day (15 November 2023) guest was Mr Stephen Moore (with Mrs Courtney Moore), a Brisbane Grammar Old Boy and former Wallabies captain, who "having joined BGS as a boarder in Harlin House in 1997" reflected on the lessons of his schooling and on nil sine labore: "success is not a result of talent, but is built on the foundation of hard work, effort and daily choices."
The issue also notes a work co-hosted/created by BGS Old Boy Marcel Dorney (playwright), and a building project realised "through the generosity of" an Old Boy donor.
